Shared Fitness is a new and innovative approach to exercise.

The most common complaint heard around the CLC is "I can't exercise because I don't have childcare." Even with the option of childcare, it is often to expensive to use. Shared Fitness groups is a NO COST alternative, with group members taking turns managing childcare. Here is how it works:

  1. Groups form on the availability of when they can exercise.
(Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00, Sundays at 5:00, etc.)
  2. A member of the group is elected to be the coordinator
  3. The coordinator sets a schedule, detailing when each group member will be the childcare provider.
Depending on the group size, group members may be the childcare provider only once or twice a month!
  4. Groups meet for exercise, while thier children are supervised in the CLC by another group member.
(All group members must pass a background check)

Groups need not be childcare focused and be can be for any demographic.
